Warranties offered by Solar Electric Power Systems:
Our Modules (Panels) have a 25 year manufacturer's warranty. We do not use Modules whose warranties are held overseas. We have several to choose from right now, due to the lack of Sharp modules.
Our Micro Inverters have a 25 year manufacturer's warranty.
Solar Electric Power Systems Inc gives a 10 year Warranty on our work.
If any component needs to be replaced under warranty, there will be no labor cost to the customer. Since we are a full service Electrical Contractor, we offer 24 hour service. You will always be able to get in touch with us. We can also monitor your system remotely with the Enlighten Energy Monoring System. An alert is sent to us and you via email, if a problem arises. 90% of any issues can be taken care of remotely. If not we will issue a work order and be there within 24 hrs.
